"Quality above quantity, collective interest above individual interest, long-term above short-term." This is the motto of Cave de Ribeauville, the oldest wine co-operative in France, founded in 1895. Their impressive roster of aromatic whites convinced us that they were the ideal Alsatian partner for us. They have made massive investment in the winery including provision for vinification of small lots and 'terroir selections'. All the fruit is meticulously hand picked to produce a superb range of wines at all prices.

The vineyard is located on slopes harvested entirely by hand on the famous Ribeauvillé fault line that offers incredible diversity of terroirs.

It is the most aromatique wine of all.
